ENCAPSULATION
Your placenta will be prepared using the Raw Foods Inspired Method of Preparation which means the placenta is sliced while still “raw” and dehydrated immediately. The placenta is dehydrated at 118 degrees according to USDA Safety recommendations. It is believed that essential hormones are retained and the iron content is made bio-available using the Raw Method. This method also yields a high number of capsules. It is recommended as the most balancing as it produces both emotionally balancing properties and increased energy.

Your umbilical cord will be shaped and dried into a life-long keepsake.

PLACENTA PRINT
Every placenta is unique, like a finger print. A keepsake print can be made of your placenta on high quality art paper using the natural blood or watercolors.

TINCTURE
A tincture is made from a thumbnail size piece of “’raw” placenta and 100 proof vodka, which is aged for 6 weeks postpartum (or longer if you choose) before it is ready for use. The tincture will be created for you in a 4oz glass dropper bottle and can be used at any point in the future during times of emotional or hormonal stress including PMS and menopause. The entire placenta can also be made into a mother tincture instead of capsules if preferred.

HEALING SALVE
Made using pure, organic ingredients to create a healing salve which can be used by both mother and baby. Common uses include reducing the discomfort and appearance of caesarean scars (after the incision has completely closed), treatment of sore and cracked nipples, hemorrhoids, eczema, diaper rash, and other skin irritations.
