Emma Stapp
Emma was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and started her career working at a community-based agency for deaf women and child survivors of domestic abuse. She attended the Birthingway College of Midwifery, earned a Remote Emergency Medical Technician certification, taught environmental education to preschool age children, worked as a private nanny and taught parenting classes. When she's not at work, Emma can be found playing outside - rock climbing, hiking, practicing yoga, swimming, skiing with friends - or cuddling her grandfatherly dog, Dudley. Emma supports the owners of Sanctuary by assisting with onboarding new team members and supervising our day and overnight internship programs.
