Milli has loved cooking since childhood and has worked professionally in cooking and baking since 2013. Milli began in the pastry realm, first at Frasca and then at Boxcar, where she developed and managed the pastry program for 7 years. For the past year, Milli has been preparing nourishing meals for families with Tuesday Foods, and she is excited to continue this work with Sanctuary Doulas. Milli specializes in preparing plant-forward meals with bold flavors but also loves making comforting classics and can accommodate all dietary preferences. Cooking is Milli's favorite way to care for others. She believes that proper nourishment is an essential part of postpartum care and looks forward to providing a warm and comforting service to be enjoyed by the whole family. When she isn't in the kitchen, Milli spends her time biking, doing yoga, hiking, working on her degree in Psychology, and enjoying all things Colorado with her husband and their toddler Cleo.
