Tessa Blue
Tessa is a Certified Postpartum Doula who has been working with infants and families for over 12 years. With a degree in Family and Child Studies, a background in child care/nannying, as well as experience in behavioral therapy and psychology research, she brings a unique perspective to infant and postpartum care. She is passionate about educating parents and sharing her knowledge to promote health, mindfulness, and the most beneficial outcomes for babies and their parents. Tessa is able to help with a wide variety of tasks including breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, infant soothing, postpartum emotional support, and more. Her goal is to ease the transition into parenthood in whatever way possible, while empowering parents with the practical skills and knowledge to gain confidence in caring for themselves and their new baby. She has maintained a consistent meditation practice for many years which enables her to bring a calm, grounding, and nurturing energy to her work. She loves living in beautiful Colorado and when she is not working, she enjoys doing yoga with her husband, hiking with their two dogs, and connecting with friends over good food.
